SWELL - NOVEMBER 18, 2019
Thanks to a powerful and uncommon November coastal storm hanging out in the Carolinas over the weekend, Florida got to enjoy some pumping swell the last few days. Today saw some of the most perfect conditions we can get in North Florida with the offshore winds lasting nearly all day resulting in clean faces, overhead waves, and some shady barreling conditions.
My day began early at the Mayport Poles for some low tide action. After a quick breakfast stop, I made my way south to Vilano Beach at high noon to catch high tide. I ended up shooting from shore the whole time, but looking back on it, I should’ve swam out for water shots too.
